Property development and construction group Macob was established in 1981 and has 200 employees.
The company is currently developing 250,000 sq ft of offices at Greenmeadow Springs, Coryton and Bocam Park, Pencoed, as well as the ambitious £200m Wales International Business Park near junction 33 of the M4.
Recent deals have included a £10 million multi-storey car park and office development in Pontypridd, two Private Public Partnership projects - St David’s Hospital, Cardiff and Pembroke Dock Community School, Pembroke and the purchase and sale of 140 acres of residential land at Broadlands, Bridgend.
The Group headquarters is based in Gwaelod-y-Garth, Cardiff and has offices across the UK including Bridgend, Chichester and Manchester.
