Westbury Homes purchased eight acres of land from Macob Projects to build 100 homes featuring a range of two, three, four and five bedroom properties.
Macob Civil Engineering was employed to arrange the new infrastructure works to the site which included a roundabout and spine road access. In addition, the notorious accident blackspot at Coychurch Road was modified to improve road safety, traffic calming was introduced and two new bus stops created.
