Ty Nant Court
Developed in 2000, Ty Nant Court is an established out of town office development located in Morganstown, Cardiff.
Ty Nant Court followed the completion of the neighbouring Ynys Bridge Court development where Macobs' own headquarters is based.
The scheme consists of 45,000 sq ft of offices in six separate blocks designed by Nike Design and built speculatively by Macob. The premises are sympathetically designed to blend in with the rural surroundings and parking for 150 cars is available in a landscaped environment in close proximity to Junction 32 of the M4 and A470.
Ty Nant Court is home to a diverse range of businesses including Emanuel Jones chartered surveyors, Zonner Industries, Huw Edmunds Chartered Accountants, Welsh Assembly and Wales' largest commercial radio station, Real Radio.
